a. We supply digital ebooks only. No physical products are sold or delivered. b. Ebooks are supplied electronically following successful payment. c. All Ebooks are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless expressly stated otherwise. d. We reserve the right to modify, update, withdraw, or discontinue any Ebook at any time.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
a. A legally binding contract is formed when we confirm your order and make the Ebook available for download. b. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where pricing or description errors occur.
5. Prices and Payment
a. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. b. Prices include VAT where applicable. c. Payment is processed securely via Shopify and its supported payment providers. d. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect completed orders.
6. Delivery of Digital Content
a. Ebooks are delivered electronically via download link or email. b. Delivery is deemed complete when the Ebook is made available to you. c. You are responsible for ensuring your device and software are compatible with the Ebook format provided.
7. Digital Content Rights and Licence
a. Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the Ebook for your personal use only. b. You must not:
- Share, resell, distribute, sublicense, or make the Ebook available to third parties;
- Upload the Ebook to file-sharing platforms;
- Modify, reproduce, copy, or exploit the Ebook for commercial purposes;
- Circumvent any technical protection measures.
c. All intellectual property rights remain with us.
8. Consumer Rights – Digital Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose
- As described
If an Ebook is defective, corrupted, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or price reduction in accordance with UK law.
9. Right to Cancel and Refund Policy
9.1 Waiver of Cancellation Rights
By purchasing an Ebook, you acknowledge that:
- The Ebook is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium;
- You consent to immediate delivery; and
- You understand that your statutory right to cancel is lost once the download or access begins.
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
9.2 Refunds
Refunds will only be provided where required by law, including where the Ebook is faulty and cannot be repaired or replaced. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or device incompatibility.
